The Curve arts theatre and a large Christmas tree all lit up at night.
The Curve is in Leicester, England.
This blog is for pretty much anything I feel like posting. If I see something good, or I review anything then it's bound to be added here.

Fosse Park Angel
The angel at the Fosse Park shopping centre which is made out of fairy lights.
It was quite difficult to get this shot on a long exposure like this due to it being on a busy roundabout with very few gaps in the traffic long enough for taking photos.
Edward King, Bishop of Lincoln
A statue inside Lincoln Cathedral of Edward King, the Bishop of Lincoln from 1885 to 1910. If you want to see the statue for yourself it is located in the south side of the Great Transept.
Lincoln Cathedral - Crossing ceiling
An interior shot of the Lincoln cathedral ceiling at the crossing with some of the lighting effects caused by a concert that was being rehearsed.
Some of the interior of Lincoln Cathedral was used in the movie "The Da Vinici Code" which was based on the novel by Dan Brown.
The cathedral itself was first built in 1072, though most of the current one dates from the 13th Century. It houses one of the original copies of the Magna Carta, the Lincoln Chapter Bible (c1100), and also a school book from 1410 with the first ever recorded rhyme about Robin Hood.

Prince of Persia Sneak Peak
Hail to the King!
Shame really, it looked like it might have been a decent game, fun nevertheless just as the old Duke games were back on the PC.

The Old Republic: Making Planets
Blood: The Last Vampire
I think it will be interesting to see how the live action version of this movie will turn out. I'm sure there are a lot of fans of the anime about.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 Teaser
It seems an odd choice to use Stan Bush's "The Touch" as a soundtrack for a teaser trailer for Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 when that track was made famous by the 80's classic Transformers Movie. It's not the first time they used a song from a "cult" 80's film for a Street Fighter game... they used one from Karate Kid for SSF2T:HD Remix.

The Hunt for Gollum
THE HUNT FOR GOLLUM - FULL Trailer 1 from Independent Online Cinema on Vimeo.
Wow, it looks like it's going to be a great film - I can't wait until May 3rd!! I'm sure the casting was deliberate as Aragorn(I think he's meant to be?) looks a lot like Aragorn from the film, as does Gandalf. It will be interesting to see if they've used "performance" capture for Gollum too.

Marvel Alliance 2 Trailer
It's interesting to see they're basing it on the Civil War story from Marvel, it will be interesting to see how it plays out and whether the death of Captain America will be predetermined in it also.

Resident Evil 5
Can't make my mind up about this one - I've not played the previous games and I'm not sure what the gameplay is going to be like for this one yet.

Prototype trailer
My first reaction was "meh" - I don't really get the point in this game from the trailer, it just seems like a run-of-the-mill game, nothing special.
Tom Clancy's HAWX
Doesn't really give much away about the gameplay... hope it's not too long before they post another trailer!
